![]() ![]() The Steam community is wonderful and you can ask for help and share your screenshots. I found the PS4 very constrictive as to what you can do or buy for your houses. I'm currently playing it on PS4 after i found out it was released for it so i don't currently have access to the Steam Workshop. You might also want to go to Steam Workshop and see if there's something you like there, something that might give you ideas. In fact, most of us play the game for this certain part.Īnything you can imagine (as long as the content or mechanics don't limit you) can be done, and you can go for any interior design idea that pops in your head.ĮDIT: Remember that you don't have to hurry with it. Originally posted by Reczberg:Hey there! You just discovered the sandbox aspect of the game. Either way i don't have fun with the "creative" parts of this game. If your wondering how i got through the kindergarten and sauna jobs if I'm physically incapable of making creative decisions, I usually either A: stack everything in a messy pile in the corner like the suana room and gramdmas basement while i feel a small part of my soul die from seeing such an untidy mess or B: i use a mathematical algorithm to determine which piece of furniture goes where by size or the piece of furniture and and the size of the room and the intended purpose of said piece of furniture which is agonizing for me. For someone like me, unless i'm told explicitly what to do i literally cannot do anything. Let your imagination run wild and have fun! But what if the person playing (me) doesn't have an imagination? I don't like choice, i like instructions, which is why i like the jobs far more than the flips as most of the jobs there are very little choices that need to be made (aside from where to place the furniture) which is also why i hate the kindergarten and sauna job (especially the main room). As I said, the house will still sell no matter what you have done/not done to it. For me, though, some of the people are way more talented than I am, so I could never end up with a house looking as nice as theirs. You can always search through some of the videos, too, to get some inspiration or ideas on what you can do in flipping houses. Thus, the flipping on your own is more fun. Since most of the jobs don't give you a lot of space to make many choices in it, I find that that gets boring after awhile. You can also redo the jobs if you'd like. There is no limits at what you can do inside a house. If you wanted to paint each wall a different color/design, you can do that you. If you wanted to take down all walls and just have the house be one big room, you can do that. You can do whatever you would like in each house. Let your imagination run wild and have fun! ![]() The house will sell no matter how much you do/don't do it. However, once I did that, I now ignore them and just make a house how I would like it. I made sure to sell to each one so that I could get the achievements for selling to them. You can try to sell to them in you'd like, but you don't have to listen to them either. Now, there are the buyers who pop up and tell you their likes/dislikes. ![]() ![]() As Nite69 said, this is where you get to let your imagination run wild. ![]()
